It is situated in a quiet little lane close to the cobbled square in Grassington. Dating back to the sixteen hundreds, Ivy Cottage offers cosy accommodation suitable for a couple or a small family.
At the rear is a small private enclosed garden. The cottage is tastefully furnished and well equipped, providing extremely comfortable accommodation. Charming sitting room with roaring log fire place & colour TV. Well equipped dining kitchen complete with Esse gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and high chair etc. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 large double room including a cot and 1 twin bedded room. Recent refurbishment has provided the cottage with a lovely new shower room, beautifully fitted out with built in cubicle, large hand basin and toilet.
